what material should I use to make this grille?

This grille costs $350, what material could I use to make it myself?

this is the front of mine... that grille is one piece with the eye lids.

I know that I will have to cut the top chrome part, and prob sand down the chrome, but I dont know how to mold the rest of it.

That grill used to be on modacar.com unpainted for $75

isnt the white grill with eyelids a 94-95 while yours is a 96-97? as i recall, the grilles arent the same style..does this matter?

Whats up mannnn!!!! I hope to come up on the 20th, but there is about a 50% chance that I will be there. I am not too sure as of now.

hehe, funny thing about this, im getting this same grille next week from japan, expensive as hell but got it imported so i will have pics within a weeks time!
btw its an azect front grille/eyelids 1 piece
