I realise I run a VW, but engine tuning is engine tuning
Anyway my issue i cant get it to start consistently, fuel pressure is good, spark is good, as is actual voltage.

When it does fire up, it runs really rich 10.6 to 10.9 at idle, so I know I need to tune that down more.
Still the issue is starting, I seem to be getting too much fuel at cranking, I have tried smaller injectors, lower fuel pressure.
Symptoms are backfires, strong fuel odor, irregular firing, misfires.

Actually getting it to run seems to be by fluke, but when it does actually fire it fires good, and revs like a dream, a little lopey at idle, but that is due to the cams, and no IAC.......

Any one have any ideas?
