Why can't I post In classifieds?

Why can't I post In classifieds?
I am parting out a 1990 civic si, and I thought maybe some of you would benefit from some cheap parts. The problem is, classifieds says I don't have authority to post, Can anyone tell me why?

Once you ARE able to post in classfieds it still might be difficult. I don't know about the rest of y'all but I don't like buying things from people with very low post counts and who don't have references.
