yah, so i bought me a jdm crx siR seat for (passenger) to replace my usdm torn crx si seat.

well the jdm seat didnt come with the rails.

i tried to put my rails on the seat, and one side is about 3 cm to short, wich i can probably drill
but the other side is about 1 inch to short.


any thoughts as to how this could happen?

Did you try moving the seat back and forth on the rail? That "helps"

 

yah it wont fit, its an inch short,

im wondering if i can swap the bottom of the seat pan

 

possibly the JDM seat is from a different year of CRX. the 88-89 have different style seat brackets than the 90-91

 

bump,

so this is what i tried, i swapped the seat pans, but the usdm pan is shaped diffrently than the jdm pan,

so the jdm cushion wont fit in the pan

this sucks,
