i dont think it works like that. Will a body shop be able to polish those scratches out is what i wonder.

Their insurance has to put your car back in the condition it was in before the wreck. If that includes replacing one wheel they have to do it. You won't get it back to the same shape by polishing it. There are tiny grooves on those wheels and if you polish out the scrathes you will polish out the grooves and see a blemish, thus not being in the same condition.

Definetely go to Honda and they will give you an estimate for the rims, fender, corner light and get a n estimate on paint cost.
There insurance will cut you a check and you can easily buy the parts and have ti done through honda-tech for the fenders/light and just get the wheel polished and ****, youll have a nice wad of dough left over

It sucks you were hit but those pictures dont look too bad. Other than the wheel and fender, I think you made out pretty well.
I would just find a single wheel on ebay and have insurance pay for that.

Depends on your insurance company. In my old Camaro, I got into some water doing a U-turn and planted the side of the car into a curb...two rims destroyed, screwed up suspension in the front, bent rear axle. Not only did insurance cover all of it, but they (per my request) gave me the money for the two rims instead of buying new stock ones. I took the money and bought a set of four aftermarket rims and paid the difference (which wasn't much due to the inflated cost of stock rims). Maybe something like that could work for you too?
If not, I agree with the painting idea.

Yeah it just depends on your insurance. My friend bent his wheels and he got enough to for rotas. I think they will hook you up as long as it was that guys fault. They will fix that fender and the head light you will be back to normal in no time.
Get some locks for those wheels too. In my city si have been getting jacked alot.

What do you mean they were biased?
I guarantee if you can prove it somehow you could use it to your advantage.
Go kick an extra dent somewhere.
Actually, dont go overboard on the estimates, if you go over the car worth, that ******* totalled
