Does anyone know where I could get the OEM front lip for 96-00 Civic?

didnt they discontinue the 99-00 front lips(si)?

Well that sucks, but I always thought that the Si front lip was the Type R, ok if its not the type R then what lip comes closer to that front Si lip? for a 96-98 coupe
