Like the topic says, I need to replace my LMA and i was wondering if anyone has done this. If so, how do you re-install them? And is there a certain way to take them out? If anyone has pics, please post.

Ive searched, but have come up with the same info and info about ITR's. But my main question is how to install them.

Does anyone know how much they run for? My cousin's bf works at Honda & I had him do a search for me. He said they cost about $28 a piece. I read somewhere that from the Honda dealer they run for $7-8. Is that for the 00 LMA's?

BTW, this is for a friends 97 H22a.

Yeah I have replaced mine. You take them out and put them back in. It is very straight forward. there are no bolts/clips/pins or anything, they just slide out. if you know a part number you might be able to search on these two sites they are some of the cheapest around:

yeah its straight forward to replace the LMAs, but getting to them is a bitch, you need to remove the cams, and the rocker arms. But once you got that out, u can just pull them out and slide the new ones in like butter.
