Default Has anyone actually done the ZC w/ LS Cams?

Just wondering if there was a good power gain from this? and if it was worth doing for my next swap.

I'd do a search but ZC is'nt something you can search.

people dont put ls cams into dohc zc engines, thats impossible. i believe your thinking of the few shops (dhracing, exospeed) that have head packages incorporating aftermarket high-perf. ls head parts (namely titanium retainers/valvsprings) onto dohc zc heads. minor machine work is required, but its a good way to get a built head for a dohc zc. you cannot use ls cams though. different stuff.

doesnt dh racing just put the ls valvetrain in the dohc zc head? i dont think that modifying ls cams to work would be a smart idea at all.....thats kinda stupid.

if you know what specs you want, i think they'll cut anything.

Will at Exospeed told me that they only mod. The Zc head to fit the Ls Valve train..
And that I would have to send them my cams fot a regrind...

He also said..

Stage 2 cams OEM valve train are good enough...

Stage 3 cams Need upgrade to handle 9000 Rpm's
