Need some help, doing a auto to manual tenstioner swap right now.
I have all the parts, everything is apart.
My problem is i forgot want to make sure its correct. The only problem is Collective racing web site is down and 2point6's write up isnt accessable. So if anyone has any pictures i could see of the proper job done, it would help alot

The big *** nut that holds all of the manual timing junk is 33 ftlbs.
The exhaust side balance shaft should have a tick that points to the left perfectly horizontal, should also line up with a tiny tick on the oil pump housing.
The intake balance shaft should have a bolt on the back-side of the block that you take out and insert a phillips screwdriver until it goes through the balance shaft. when you can insert the screwdriver through the shaft (so that the shaft does not turn) then it is alligned.

Thanks piratemcfred, helps alot. I though i knew the way, but the only thing i didnt know how to align is the balance shafts.
What tool should i use to undo that bolt in the back, looks like a 12mil but it goes in, i dont think i have one of those.
And if i could see a h23's timing area, i wouldnt really be asking for pictures of it.
