Hi guys:

A friend of mine has a JDM ITR SRS Steering wheel and i wanted to know if it will fit my 1993 Honda Accord SE. I was told that the part on the back of the steering wheel that bolts onto the steering column is sized bigger on the JDM CTR steering wheel. Would my 93 Accord be compatible with this steering wheel or would i need the larger diameter holed backing of the CTR steering wheel?

don't all steering wheels work for all cars? =/

 

I was told that the CTR backplate (where the steering column attaches to) has a larger diameter hole than that of the JDM ITR. Does anyone know the diameter of the stock 93 Accord (with SRS) steering wheel and the JDM ITR SRS steering wheel? There are two different sizes so not all steering wheels will fit all honda/acura's

 

no it won't fit

not if you want the airbag to work

if you dont care about the airbag working, then i suppose you could try and find or make your own hub adapter

 

anyone else? Are the splines different?
