Default Cracks on ITR wing?

I was detailing my car the other day and noticed little hairline cracks in the rear top inner corners of the wing. The car has been in an accident in the past but I was wondering if anyone has cracks in the wing and have not been in an accident.

I will try to get pics later.

Yup, my thoughts exactly. But I'd prefer to think it is from extreme cornering (yeah right).

Although the car has been in an accident, I am quite sure that the rear was spared. Here are a couple pics of the cracks. Sorry they are so big but they are very hard to see with my camera since it gets so drowned out.

yes those are stress marks in the paint... my guess is some point in time the wing was repainted, usually a factory paint job wont do that

yep.. it's just the paint, not the wing.. no worries..

if you wax or buffer it, you may not even be able to see them anymore..

Wax and buff it all you want...you can't wax or buff out stress cracks...

lips are pretty common to get the stress marks. my lip and sideskirts have them from hitting the pavement once in a while. a wing though, i have never seen. and yes oem paint does tend to be pretty damn resistant which makes me pretty sure your wing has been repainted.

i agree with you here. and my lip rarely touches pavement too.
