I've read a thread where someone said that the radiator support is a little different (I guess to support the HID ballasts?

The ITR had either HID or non HID headlights, depending on year I think, but they were all blackhousing. I doubt the radiator support is different.
If they are chrome headlights, it's not an ITR front, it's just a JDM 96+ Integra front.

You are correct. The HID radiator support has extra tabs that the Ballasts brackets bolts to. Other than that it is the same.
