Default ugly hood gap

I have a 94 Integra with an ugly gap all around the hood. It just doesn't meet the fenders and bumper for that nice tight look. Is there any way to fix this? It was wrecked by a previous owner and I'm guessing the new fenders and bumper weren't installed correctly. Any thought would be appreciated.........
