Default Wiring question for all you swap techies.

I am planning on swapping in a '97 d16y7 into my '88 CRX HF.
With my setup listed below will I need to do any extra wiring like adding wires to the ECU or changing any plugs?
Here is what I plan on using:

'88 CRX HF chassis.
'97 d16y7 longblock.
'88 HF Wiring Harness.
'91 Si ECU.
'91 Si Intake Manifold and Throttlebody.
'91 Si Injectors, Fuel rail, Fuel Pressure Regulator.
'88 HF Distributor.

Think thats it.
All the research I have done says that I can use my HF distributor cause its the same as the Si. And being that it is an HF and has Multi Point Fuel Injesction it should just plug and play right? The reason I am asking is that on one of the right-ups I was reading said that when using a HF wiring harness with a Si intake manifold you needed to rewire some plugs.

Thanks for any help guys can offer.

The d16y7 intake manifold is way smaller then the Si.
