Default new clutch

I need an opinion.
Its time for a new clutch and I cant make up my mind what to get exactly. My current thought is the ACT streetlite flywheel and either and exedy clutch or ACT clutch.

This is for a 94 gsr with i/h/e and a cold air intake. I dont at this time have any plans for monster horsepower. just looking for a mild upgrade to stock clutch and flywheel as this is my current daily driver

Been searching through and reading and still cant come up with a solution. Any input will be apreciated.

exedy racing clutch plus the act flywheel will be more than sufficient for what you just listed.

Get a lighter Flywheel, Like the Fidanza 7lb one. it should be better then 12.5 from the streetlite, shouldnt be hard getting used to driving a 7lb if you already know how to drive. eclutchmaster make good holding power clutch with less Lb then other aftermarket clutch.

with a very light flywheel, u would loose off the line torque, which would u have to make up for with running higher rpms. need to find the right combination between flywheel and clutch.

i wouldnt get a act mine took a dump after a couple thousand miles. it was pretty decent clutch for the street. the engagement was nice but pedal pressure was a little heavy.

Take a close look at the Exedy line of Sport kits and lightweight flywheels. You may be surprised at the affordability, yet top notch performance and quality.

I have the itr clutch, it takes a bit of getting used to as it grips pretty quick, but I love it. Most ppl that have driven my teg have commented that they love the clutch feel. (I dont really notice it anymore myself)
