h&r sports i will say because everyone with them says there to soft..so if those are soft the neuspeeds must be super soft cause the spring rates are lower on the neuspeed sports..

It's not they they're soft, they're just too soft for the drop they give, which is about 3" on my car. H&R Sport springs suck.

That's what I'd like to know. I measured the ride height and compared with the measurements shown in the diagrams in Helms and I'm right around a 3" drop. I also parked next to a stock GS-R of my same year and measured from the center of the wheel to the fender edge, and compared to mine. Again it was about a 3" difference. No the springs have not sagged. My ride height is the same as it was 2 years ago when I installed everything, or at least within 1/4" of what it was back then.

Aren't you on the lowest perch on those Koni shocks? I've seen Integras with the H&R sport springs, and they drop as advertised.

i have the nuespeed sports and they ride great for daily driving. wouldn't recommend for the track but for street the are kosher. P.S. I have 215/35/18 and they rub pretty good when the wheel is cut more than half way

Well just b/c it says what drop it is doesnt mean thats whats gonna happen. I got the neuspeed race...F2.0' R1.75 HA HA thats a laugh. I'd say I'm about 2.25-2.5 drop, but the guy did tell me when I bought the springs that they were going to settle @2.25. But no complains here But sometimes I feel that its not done settling in. LOL I wonder when I get aftermarket shocks, will it raise my car a little???
