i need it in the MD/NOVA/DC area because i live in an apartment complex and have no place to put an engine. so i would have to put it in at your house sorry for the inconvience but that is my only option.

also i have a junkyard turbo kit i bought awhile back and havent installed it on my car yet willing to trade that for an engine also... HF mani, t25 turbo, 1st gen eclipse BOV, starion intercooler, piping,and vortech 12:1 fmu
