Default ****MOTOR HELP ***

got some questions for everyone. friend is doin a ls swap in to his 90 4 door civic. he has both 1990 4 door civic dx and a junk 1992 integra ls which he is swaping teg parts onto the civic. first question. will the mounts work from his b18 on to the civic? and wireing question can he take the dx wireing harness and swap it on to the ls motor?

no and no .. he will need to use the rear motor mount from the integ and you will have to get a after market mount kit to make the motor fit and no you can use the dx harness because its only DPFI .. you will need to get a SI harness or the teg harness should work with a few mods .. you will also need to convert the civic to MPFI. good luck

**** i forgot about dual point and muti point, 88-91 si harness will work? he still has the wireing harness for the teg and he def needs a molnt kit? cuz i know for my swap gsr in to a 93 civic it was just useing the driver side mount for teh teg and civic mounts for the other 2

ttt both motors say pgm-f1 on the intake manifold

yes he will for sure need the mount kit and he will for sure need the rear mount off the teg to make the mount kit work. after you do the MPFI swap you can either si or teg harness.
