Quick maitnence Question for High Mileage GSR Owners!
Ok, right now I am at 118,600 miles on my 94 GSR. Today the maitnence required light started flashing when I started her up. I looked in the book to see what needed to be done and the maitnence chart only went up to 105k miles. Does someone know what service is needed? Thanks.

The maintenance light is just there for precautionary measures and doesn't necessarily mean your car needs anything. It just goes on automatically to remind you in case you haven't been doing maintenance on your car. You can reset it by holding down a square button underneath the dash when you turn your car on.

Yah, i realize that the maitnence light is set to come on to remind you to do maintnence. I did the 90k mile service (timing belt/water pump). I also recently adjusted the valves. Since the light just recently came on I am assuming it is reminding me to do something at 120k miles. I just dont know what because it does not say in the manual?
if you've done timing belt/water pump AND valve adj you should be fine. that's probably more than a lot of people have done... you shouldn't worry about it for another 100k miles

The table in the owners manual doesn't go on FOREVER. But it goes out far enough, so EVERYTHING on that table is supposed to happen at some interval. Just keep on doing the same intervals.
For example: change air filter, transmission oil, & adjust valves every 30k. Just because the table stops at 100k, you still keep doing that stuff every 30k. So you'll need to do that at 120k. And again at 150k...
Actually, once you know the interval for each thing, you go from when it was done last. Say the last time you changed your transmission oil was at 80k. Then you'd have to do it again at 110k. Get it??

Awww, thast cute...he thinks 105k is high milage...
As others have said, you are fine because you stayed on top of things. Just figure out the interval the manual has set up for the rest of your servicing.
