Default What Engine is better to put mods in it?

Is the F22B DOHC JDM engine better than the H23A Aspec engine or is it the other way around, and why?

Well I would say H23 becuase of the larger displacement and higher compression. the have the same crank and rods.

But if you want to run froged pistons, the F22B is better because you can just put the pistons in without haveing to resleeve which is necessary on an h23
