Default "Cool Cans"

Alright I'm taking it back to the old school on this one. I was reading somewhere about "cool cans" and wondered if we could benefit from these. A rouch concept of this contraption is too cool the fuel going into the carburetor or equivalent part. Any thoughts, flames?

Those work on carbureted cars. Not fuel injected ones.
