88 accord automatic has a reverse grind from park thru netural. what can I do to fix, is their a repair kit?

 

Could be some internal damage to the tranny. Check your tranny fluid, if its black then the clutch discs in the tranny are burnt out and will need to be replaced. It will cost a thousand though so your better off buying a used tranny.
