Default Most WHP low end mod for a juiced sohc zc?

Well I am going to start selling some parts on here including higher end things like slipstreams and a lot of little stuff when I part out my parts car interior/exterior and complete d16a6 engine.

SO I was wonderring what a great mod would be to increase low end torque.

Mods so far:
Sohc zc swap
Ebay Short ram with K&n filter
Catback 2.5 with gutted cat and universal muffler
Zex 65 dry shot with bottle warmer/purge/gauge

I was thinking something like a cam or a header would be best but dont really know what would be best for low rpm (1000-4000)

Recomendations?

port work. If intrested I have a combo deal with a big bore 60 mm throttle port matched to a z6 sohc vtec manifold that really shines over the stock sohc zc manifold. It's the same manifold we use on our 12.70 crx w/ a sohc 1500 vtec. If intrested hit me up at polarbeartuning@yahoo.com. I guarntee 2.5 mph off your quarter mile with this man/tb combo. 175 shipped in the lower 48 states. I'm a powerseller on ebay also for references.

buy a v8. small displacement 4 cylinders dont make a lot of low end torque by design. take advantage of what you have, which is high rpm horsepower and close ratio gears.

you dont see motorcycle guys complaining about low end torque..neither should you.
