Default Phoenix Yellow number 01-0475 bites the dust?

Hey guys,

It looks like I've join the MIA crowd. Not due to theft but accident. Last night my brother was taking my car out to run it because it has been parked for a while. He took it to work with him and came home late last night around 1 when he collided with another vehicle.

I haven't had damage reports yet and my brother is fine minus a couple of bruises and a soar neck.

I'll keep you guys updated. Hopefully it's not totalled.

Sad, Sad day for me.

TJ, Marc, Ken, Eric, Jeff, and the rest of the ATL boys...I guess I spoke too soon huh yesterday? Forgot to knock on wood...

Man, whats the deal?? First it was theft, now seems like everyone is crashing/totaling their R's lately...
Glad no one was seriously injured though.

Yeah, went to look at the damage.

Same identical accident similar to the one I had previous. It's just that in the first accident, they only managed to scrape my front end. It was a civic that hit it. The civic failed to yeild when making a left turn. It also ran the red light.

The whole front end is completely gone. Radiator support and front beams is twisted. It's horrible. I'm 90% sure they are going to total it. Right now, I'm in the process of gutting it out. Replacing parts with other things. I just took the front strut bar and replaced the valve cover. I also took my emblems off. And I'm looking for prelude rims to take place of my gunmetals. I already got the shiftknob out.

This is just great.

Len - sorry to hear about what happened to your car. Is the frame bent? What do you mean by the front end being gone? If it's totalled, I hope you can buy it back and transplant that engine into a hatch or something. Hope your bro is doing ok.

My brother hit the lady right on her passenger side wheel. The front ones. That's what caused alot of damage. I'm not sure if it's fixable right now. It seems like the lady has a warrant or soupena out for her or something. I didn't catch that.

The right side of the frame where the transmission mounts to the frame, well that part is bent out of place. It's bent towards the wheels, outward. It's not alot, but you can visibly see it.

If the insurance company doesn't total it, I'm thinking about JDM front with Spoon CF hood and CF lip. With the money saved in labor I might get some matching SW388s and lower the car. That's the only good thing that might come out of it.

Again, Sone is okay. He's aching from the seatbelt pull and the airbags. Both airbags deployed.
