fuel pressure for a 50 shot

i have a 90 crx witha ls swap and i was wondering what would be a good fuel pressure and ignition timming setting for my 50 shot its a zex dry set up so if any info id appricate it

i would try a larger rail, and about 55psi, and retarded about 3 deg. just a guess.
