That's not a Type-S, it's actually the Australian DC5 Type-R. We get the RS-X Type-S rims, no brembo's, not the true Type-R engine. But it's still a nice pimpy ride!

Oh screw me!!!
Wow, that's awesome......all you need now is a NSX (in your case, red color preferred) to complete the Honda sport line......
What do you mean it's not the true R engine? You mean the engine block itself or other components knock-off lie I/H/E?
P.S>......still can't get over the look of the spoiler.

Wish we could have done some comparison, but the car only has 450km's. Still breaking it in. Still a virgin!
We don't get the 220ps Type-R engine, i guess due to the fuel RON we have here in Australia, instead of de-tunning a Type-R engine, they wacked in a Type-S engine (Same one you guys get in the states!). 200ps. Pretty shocking I know!
But it's all about the new car shape.

The owner of the DC5 already had those plates on his previous car which was the Series 6 FD RX-7. He sold that for a DC5! which was the right thing to do because Turbo gives you headaches!
So the plates were kept in storage until he got the DC5.
