i dont think it will fit properly if your using your stock crossmember.
and also your gonna have to take it somewhere to weld another bung for the other o2 sensor.

I have ordered all my bolt-on's from a 95 del sol 1.6 dohc vtec. There are many options to a b16a engine. Do a search! .

Anyways, it might hit the crossmember depending on what mounts you used. If so just take a noch out, chance's are you will not have to take that much out. other wise go out and buy a jimfab or a z10 setup, much worth the money spent. Than agian that may not even fix the problem. depends on the mounts you used!

If your ecu is chipped, it disables the second o2 sensor, therefore eliminating the need to have a second o2. My pr3 is chipped, I only have one o2 hooked up, I don't throw any codes, and my b16 runs fine.
Also, you can make a 4-1 header fit, but you have to cut the crossmember; something I don't recommend doing. Something about weakening the structural integrity of a front crossmember that turns me away from that idea. I would go with either a JimFab or a Z10 crossmember so that you can fit a 4-1 header without any cutting.

you don't have to actually cut the cross member. there is a lip on the end of the cross member that you bend in order to fit the header in. i don't think bending away 3-4 inches of metal will structurally hurt you that much...other wise nobody would do it.

delsol vtec is what i order all my motor parts for.

Not exactly, cams and cam gears are interchangeable with all B-series vtec motors. Hell I used cam gears that were on my LS teg motor on my B16a.....

You better watch yourself when doing this. I ordered a water pump and a bunch of other stuff for a 95 del sol DOHC vtec, that didn't fit my JDM b16. I used the b17 92 gsr to order most of my parts, and that worked for me.

lol, yeah, you won't have 2 o2's anymore, so your car will run like crap . You need to do and obd-1 conversion. Or if you know someone that can properly weld to bungs in the right place on the headers you could try that.

I haven't had any problems wit 95 del sol vtec parts for a 1.6 doch vtec But like I said before many parts will fit.

Do yourself a favor and get the 2 o2 bungs welded in there. I did it too!

Also I've got no clearance issues.... There is a lot of space to the crossmember.
And it comes no deeper than the oil pan!

Its a DC Sports 4-2-1 ceramic coat.
The header is designed for del sol vtec and civic si 99-00.
Will fit EF8 without any modification.Just weld the 2 o2 bungs on and
put a screw in the bung at the end of the header near cat.
