which springs valves and retenairs for jun type 3 ? ferrea springs or toda ? and for the retenairs stock? or other thanks

If I was going to use JUN 3's, I would use Toda springs and stock ITR retainers. Or Ti retainers, but I would check those every 7500-10K miles to see if there is wear on them caused by high-lift camshafts.
As for valves, I would choose Ferrera or SuperTech.
