Default Tire Pressure

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, but what could cause the tire pressure to be extremely different from the passenger's side and the driver's side? Last night I took the tire pressure for my dad and both the driver's side front and rear tires were 30 lbs and the passenger's side front and rear tires were in the low 20 lbs...

weight distribution of the car.

on my hatch, I'm borrowing my friends 14" steelies with tires that leak air,
the rears leak really slowly,
but the fronts leak very fast, and the front passenger the fastest.

the leakage is like that no matter how I rotate the tires around.
