I just traded my desktop for a super clean 88' Lx. I was told it had a blown head gasket and the spent the weekend taking it out of the car. I couldnt find the TDC pointer on the crankcase so I used the ol' finger in the hole #1 cylinder trick. The engine is totaly gunked over and will be super clean like the rest of the car when I get done. Where is that damn pointer? Other than that it wasnt that bad. Beer calms my nerves.

Anyway, took the head to the machine shop and it is useless, cracked in three places. I spent $70.00 for nada. Honda wants $1100.00, Advance wants $389.00 and I found one at a junk yard for $150.00 w/ a 90 day warranty. Im hurtin for $ and dont start work til the 10th of next month, flair bartender at the Voodoo Lounge inside Harrahs casino, St Louis. Drinks are on me. HELP!!! thanx cwrisingerjr@aol.com
