HELMS: Ride Height

HELMS: Ride Height
So I downloaded the HELMS from some guy online, and one of the files was labeled as Ride Height Adjustment. What is this? Unfortunately, he had attached the worng file and used the maintence one. So right now, I am just wondering what that meant. Does it mean you can lower the car without new springs? Just Curious.
