Default Mesh grille question...

Has anybody ever made their own mesh grille? I need to make one tonight to cover this darned FMIC. I got some aluminum mesh from a hardware store to try and use. Any tips???

all i got was a strong gutter gaurd mesh from home depot and it came with clips its looks pretty good....how do u plan on keeping it on u can either bolt it on or just get some small clips

I as well used gutter gaurd from lowes it was 1.09 compare it to grillcraft 120 can't beat and it looks great

i tried doing that with my 98 civic coupe, the upper grill was fine, but the bottom wasn't long enough in length to fill it out and i cant find anywhere else that would have longer gutter guards horizontally....any help, bought mines from home depot
