Default Taking apart a JRSC

I bought a used JRSC and have found oil on the walls of the intake manifold. I tried to take it apart from the blower itself by was unable too because of the seal. I didn't want to proceed because I was afraid I might mess up something. Could I pry these two pieces apart and then use silicone when I put them back together. And BTW what is the torque specs on the 4 allen bolts if/when I put the pieces back. Thanks in advance.

http://www.pse.us

send it to Ed at pse, he can rebuild it for you and does great work. If you try to do it yourself it may get damaged beyond repair.
