Default jb weld on exhaust system

my brother gave me his old thermal exhaust off of his SI for me to put it on my car, and i was looking at it the other day, at the inlet and outlet of the resonator, there is a crack in the weld that goes all the way around the weld, its not a big crack, just a little baby crack, but i would like ot know if you all think it would be a good idea to just JD weld it, its been on his car for 3 years so i expected there to be a little wear and tear somewhere, anyone have any better ideas???

Yeah, take it to a muffler shop and get it rewelded. Don't half-*** something unless you want to do it twice. JB weld probably will hold it, but it'll allow the rust underneath to eat out the remainder of the system...but do whatever you feel you can with the money you have.

IF you got dough, go weld it...
IF you dont, JB Weld it...
IF you dont give a fawk... Why are you asking? hah j/k!

I'd get it welded if I had the funds to, but if you dont just JB weld it or use some of those Steel something that they sell at autozone or kragen. Just make sure that you give it enough time to solidify or harden before u put on the exhuast etc...
