here's one site i found to be very helpful.. http://www.rcn.com.hk/~davidtl/turbo.html

and another one
http://www.badbricks.com/main_files/faqs/turbo_size.htm

the second link is for turbo volvo's website, but the theory for turbos is all the same. just different applications, you just have to choose what you want to acheive. this website has some good formulas and teaches you how to read a turbo map.

good luck, read all you can on these forums and talk to anyone who will be willing to give u some advice, its up to u to decide whether they are B.S'n you or not.
(example: someone has been telling me that LS heads are just junk... to me this is pure BS.. sure VTEC is better N/A, but is the LS head junk for turbo'ing? i think not!!! )
