hey...i was runnin it about a week ago and my car just died. i think it was from me shifting from 3 to 2 instead of to 4. i jes wanna know if i badly f*ked my ride or will it be easily fixed? and how much will the cost be? thanx ahead of time

 

How far did your motor rev when you missed your shift? If you over-revved it you could have done some serious damage depending on how bad the valves smacked the pistons. If you did not over rev the motor then I have no clue what could be wrong. Try all the standard tests for fuel delivery, air, spark and compression.

 

your valves could be off a little bit ... do you hear a loud ticking when u start ur car.. otherwise take it to a acura dealer and have them check it out better safe than sorry. good luck
