99 civic front end.

I'm having this creeking sound, almost like busted axle, but not...only happens when I start and stop, loading causes it. I've check everythign with my tech, LCA, Ball joints, etc. Happens more when the car is lower, about 2.75 inch drop, back to stock height, the sound it almost gone. Anyone think the upper Control arm bushings could make this creeking sound?
