how much would it cost to get a flywheel and clutch installed?
I think most places will charge you about $250. It's not really hard, most shade tree mechanics will prob do it for around $100.

diy or get some friends to help out for food and beer
a reputable shop shouldn't be under $300

I paid something like 350 from a franchise type place. That was with resurfacing the flywheel. It would have been less but I had a swap in my 240 and since the RB series wasnt designed to go in a S chassis, the tranny bolts were a BITCH to get to...which more labor cost
Same places will charge up to $420.....
I think $180-$200 is a fair price to pay someone to do it if you don't feel like messing with it.
I am not sure if I would pay someone $100 to do it.. Unless I knew the guy and he was really really good and fast.
