I'm running the Racing Spec's on my car and absouletly love them. It's honestly the best suspension that I have ever had or tested, a friend of mine has the Zeals and the Buddy Club's are much better IMO. I haven't been to a track day or anything yet (only had them for about a month) but they are excellrnt on the street and are a much better suspension setup than I am a driver right now
Buddy Club Racing Spec's get
from me. The car is a 92 hatch if that matters

i was running full stiff rear on my b6... helped with rotation tremendously...
only drawback was the freeway ride.
i'm not running a 22mm ITR bar with a torn subframe like you though...

Thats the same here it does totally help the rotation but is kinda rugged on the freeway. I think suspension stiffness is a personal thing of what you can tolerate, kind of like exhaust noise. For me loud a$$ exhausts and hella stiff suspension is just dandy in my daily driver
