My radiator has a leak so I wanted to upgrade since I'm already spending some cash. Can a duel core fit, and what mods are needed to mount it?

just get a radiator for either a del sol or an auto civic, they are dual core radiators... also check ebay for "dual core radiator" , i picked up a NIB radiator for $80 shipped

 

So a dual core fits in the same space and in the same way as my stock radiator?

I need to know this also.. Will a del sol fit without modification? I looked at a few aftermarket ones on ebay but they looked too wide to fit where the stock radiator is without mod.

I'm using a GSR one in my 97. One of the lower brackets (or both I can't remember) had to be moved to use it. Two holes had to be drilled into my core support and homemade braces made.

You can get a stock one from autozone and they are dual core.Or you might have to ask for dual core.Direct bolt-on.

Oreilly sells an ALUMINUM (ooh bling) Dual core del sol one for 100.

 

no one seems to be answering your question, so yes, a del sol one is a direct fit. upgraded my cracked single core to dual core, diggin it so far.

are all the del sol model radiators the same? Should i specify the B16 VTEC? or do i need the one from the model with the Z6?

 

eBay has dual core for $76 with free shipping and lifetime warranty.

and yes any civic from 92-95 will fit a dual core from a delsol without any mods

 

FYI i Have a turboed GSR swap in my EJ and i never overheat at all. (OEM rad)
