My roommate runs a GSR in an Si hatchback with I/H/E and ran 13.7@100...people who run 14's w/ bolt ons in GSR hatchbacks need to learn how to drive.

Hella way to fast, my friend with ls/vtec hybrid swap was runnin naz on twin turbo superchargers and couldn't keep up with a whip just like that, I think it was the dc sportz headerZZZ

I have a 92 hatch a JDM b16a with lsd gsr tranny and I ran a 14.6 so you could prolly run low 14s.

92 hatch with a JDM B18,type-r headers, skunk 2 intake manifold, VAFC, intake and exhaust and he ran low 14's on shitty *** street tires.

It all depends on how the driver shifts, track condition and how well the car is prepared. I've known a guy who had a 93 Civic hatch with a B18C motor bone stock with street tires and ran high 13's. It doesn't take much to make a B18C powered Civic fast.
