need help with my type r

i want to give my Type R some more HP, but at the same time, i dont want to do anything harmful to it... any idea guys?

intake, header, & exhaust is the basic bolt on start.

since its a type r, what's a considerable upgrade from the stock stuff... HKS, AEM, comptech, or something else?

Welcome to H-T...i'm sure you'll be making your way to the ITR forum since you'll find the same problems and questions you will have as other itr owners have! It really depends on how much you want to spend, and how hard you plan on driving the car..........
