Default Does anyone know the IAT voltage and a conversion?

What are the voltage parameters for the IAT sensor...and is there a way to convert a certain voltage to a temperature?

There is a chart in the Helms manual. I believe it is measured in Ohms, not Volts.

There isn't a listed conversion from the volts to temp, but the voltage-temp relationship is pretty linear. Remove the IAT sensor and stick it in ice/water and that'll be 32degrees F. Next, get a thermometer and hot water and put the IAT sensor in and that'll be your second point. From the two voltages, it is pretty easy to convert from there. It should take a few minutes with things available around your house. Don't put the entire sensor in, just the tip (haha, I'll just put the tip in, I promise...). You know, then use some algebra and tell us your results......
