anybody deal with them before? i'll be ordering a set of rg's from them this week, but just want to ask about their service. anyone have had any experiences with them good/bad. any input would help. thanks

 

Yes, I've dealt with them before. They have good prices and good service, but shipping takes forever. They are legit though. They're the people I got my seats from.

 

how long did it take for your seats to arrive? where they available already when you ordered them. by the way nice seats

 

Most of their products aren't stocked, instead they take your order and then place the order from Japan. Once a month they get their container from Japan with the orders in it. In my situation, it took close to three months from the time I first ordered the seats. There wasn't room on the first container to fit them so I had to wait until the next month. The second month there was a customs problem and the container was delayed for a few weeks. Most of my situation was a one time thing though. They have good service and even gave me free shipping when they found out that my items were being delayed. Expect average shipping to take 3-4 weeks.

 

Gruppe-S has never let me down in our past transactions.

I had a couple of things that took a little longer to arrive due to unforseen circumstances (i.e. dock union strike), but they've always kept me informed.

No complaints here.
