Its garden edging that you purchase from home depot, and it is just screwed onto your bumper. Its been discussed quite a few times in the past, but most of us hate it. its not too bad on that car though

 

there would be no way in hell that i would do it, but it is clean on that car. i wouldnt have been able to tell to cheap

 

that car actually looks nice, but the lip is hugee
