springs
I have H&R race springs on my 96ex. The car is lowered 2.5" front, and 2.25" in rear. I am curious if I installed 17" wheels will my chasie raise much? Or should I buy a set of skunk2 coils to bring it back down? Also are polished lips able to be powercoated?
Are your wheels currently stock? And what size are you current tires? I know that 195/60/15 or 195/65/15 will usually turn into 215/45/17 (will be wider
) they should be about the same just more wheel. With a 2.5" drop in front and a 2.25" drop in rear you should still be tucking tires with 17's and should look good.

IMO.. thats too much of a drop w/ 17" tires. 2.25" is pretty harsh.. I hope you are immediatley getting a camber correction with that setup. But in regards to your question.. no.. it will not raise your chasis a significant amount because the current 15" tirees you have (im guessing) have regular stock tires on them which make up as like an 18" circumfrance. If you get 17"s and a low-profile tire.. it will practically be the same wheel size.
if you get the correct sized tires, there shouldn't be a difference
people make the mistake of getting slimmer profiled tires or wider profile tires which raises or lowers the car a bit, but it'll cause uneven wear and throw off your speedo readings

Yes, the wheels and tires are now stock but I want get opinions on the Buddy Club P1 racing 2 wheel. Any problems with these anyone? Are they a decent quality or cheaply manufactured? I like the look of the gunmetal P1 racing 2 wheel,
but to fit on my dark green Accord that polished lip will need to be powercoated to match the rest of the wheel. Any opinions? Thanks Oh and camber correction will be taken care of.

might want to just check out the original buddy club p1's. they make them in all gunmetal, no polished lip! pretty much the same design, and i think they are even a couple pounds lighter!
