Suspension/rims/seats and steering wheel
What company are the best for lowing your car. I'm working on a 98 or 99 accord EX Sedan.
Should I keep the stock EX rims on or change it to racing harts or tenzo.
Should I change the seats and steering wheel to MOMo or Bride...

-I've only heard good things about h&r and eibach. From what i understand from being in the accord forum for a little while is that springs seem to work best. Coilovers seem to make the car ride a little harsh (bouncy). But with the coilovers you will have height adjustability. It really depends on what you're after. It would also be smart to upgrade your shocks at the same time. Tokico HP (blues) and KYB AGX's are probably the most popular shocks for the accords. Koni yellows give you the choice of a couple of different perch locations which will give you a few more choices for ride height, but come with a high cost.
-Racing Harts are nice
-I'd just keep your stock steering wheel and seats, unless you are planning on some serious auto-xing or somethin'!
