WHat should I work on first the interior or tha exterior cuz I want them both at the same time but I have no Money to work on both?

 

well, the first thing that i always do with my cars is upgrade the suspension, then rims and tires. this makes the most visual impact. If it is '94-95 EX, I would just keep the rims that came on the car, but that's just me! Ask yourself "What do I want to be different about my car right now," and do it, as long as you can afford it.

i would have to agree with the suspension aspect. once you feel the difference between stock and performance suspension you will understand the reasoning.
