60' 2.307
330 6.111

mph 78.09
990 11.919
1/4 14.315
mph 97.19
Front tires 25psi rear 44psi no jack, spare, back seat, fuel on empty. I launched at 6500 rpm and feathered the clutch, but got a lot of wheel spin. On another run I launched at 5500 rmp but the wheels hooked so fast I came out of vtech and droped down to about 4000 rpms. Next time I'm keeping the back seats, and I'm going to try reseting the ECU to see if my mods respond better. Can anyone break down my 1/4 mile run for me. Maybe give me some info on what I should be doing.
P.S. on yet another run I had my best 60' time of 2.215 1st, 2nd, 3rd, then NO! NO! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I hit the rev limiter and couldn't get it into fourth. I had to finish that 1/4 coasting to the end and got a 14.415 at 92.72 mph. Had I not goofed I feel I was sure to hit a 14.1XXX. Oh well better luck next time.

yea dude get slicks, mine already hit 14.0 on slicks , exhaust , intake and fpr. i also advanced timing a little on the dist and took off power stering , all kinds of free mods. .. . . but yea . mine was running 14.1 -14.4 consistantly every run , before my newest mods, i only sqezzed out 1 14.0 with those mods though.
Not bad, but get some slicks!!!
My prelude hit 14.1's@96 with just bolt-ons and slicks!
[edit- also work on that 60' it should be in the low 2.2's on streets]

"For the mods you have, I wouldn't expect it to go much faster unless you put it on slicks. IMHO"
My time is below. That was on dunlop street tires with an Intake and header. That's all.He certainly could have done a 14.1

Sorry my scaner is broken, but I have no reason to lie. That night at ATCO raceway there were two other type R's. A turbo CW R running 12.9's, and a black ITR that couldn't break out of the 16's. Well we all know yellow is faster (joking). Maybe these guys are members and can vouch for me. Again No reason to lie. Oh one time I ran an 11.XXX, but with 10psi Just kidding
Work on the 60' times. With a 2.2 you should see around 14.1X no prob. Your mods are there, just give it some practice, experiment with your launch and shifting.
