y7-y8 intake manifold question. Brace?

i have the IM, TB cable, bracket, everything except the bottom IM brace, is it needed. or can i use the one off my y7 thanks

Don't need it....don't have a brace with my Edelbrock manifold, and have run plenty of civic's with stock manifolds without the brace.
